Do not miss out on the opportunity to hear keynote speaker Dr. Mary Frances Berry, former chair of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission. She will speak on the 2013 Black History Theme, At the Crossroads of Freedom and Equality: The Emancipation Proclamation and the March on Washington.

12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Tickets will be available for purchase online shortly. Tickets begin at $75 per person for general admission.
